Return and Refund Policy
Thai Biolex Co., Ltd. under the brand “Ceel” (or “the Company” or “we”) wishes to notify our customer the return and refund policy agreement as follow:
1. Products can be returned to the Company in the case of incorrect shipment and damaged due to shippment.
1.1 Please contact: you@ceel.info and give us your phone number. When we receive your request, we will contact you via the phone number given for further process.
1.2 Please ship the product back via EMS within 5 days after receiving the shipment. We will responsible for all the shipping fee and will resend you the correct order.
2. The Company will refund the amount paid to customers in any cases that the Company cannot deliver the product as per customer order with a timeline below
2.1 Please contact: you@ceel.info and give us your phone number. When we receive your request, we will contact you via the phone number given for further process.
2.2 In case of full payment was made through credit/debit card then the refund will be reversed to the credit/debit card used within 15 – 30 days as an estimate refund lead time or depend on term and condition of the bank credit/debit card holder. The company will inform customer by e mail once the refund process have done.
2.3 In case of full payment by fund transfer to the Company bank account then the company will make a full refund back to the required bank account by customer. The process will take approximately 7 – 15 business days after receiving the copies of all supporting documents from the customer via you@ceel.info namely:
– copy of the bank book with your signature certified the copy
– copy of the product order
– copy of the ID card with your signature certified the copy
3. The Company reserves the right not to accpet any cancellation, changes, or amendment of the order in the case of:
– fault purchase by customer
– price change which may or may not occur in the future including any discounts given
– change of mind in all cases
